A cool Illusion of our Mind !

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, you will only see one color, pink. If you stare at the black + in the center, the moving dot turns to green. Now, concentrate on the black + in the center of the picture. After a short period of time, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see a green dot rotating if you’re lucky! It’s amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don’t disappear. This should be proof  enough,we don’t always see what we think we see.

  46. we see what we see – no illusion in that. real life isn’t a rotating pink dot. that should be enough to realize this is nothing more than ones illusive thoughts.

  47. I enjoyed the illusion with coloured spots. I would like to contact the authors: M. Bach and J. L. Hinton. Could you kindly give me their e-mail address. Thanking you.

  48. Last time I experieced something like this I was tanked on Gin Martini’s

  49. Hi
Would you allow me to use this in a workshop to show how we don’t see what we think we see… if so, could you let me know how I could view the graphic in a non-internet file (where I deliver the workshop won’t have internet)
    Many thanks,
    Sue

  50. You could…. I will email you the files so that you can save it on your local machine and take it to your workshop.
